Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, as well as basic technical knowledge, strategic thinking abilities, branding expertise, marketing skills, and team leadership experience. The Corporate Brand Manager will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our event management solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for our event management products and services.
  • Product Ownership: Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and optimization.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and objectives, taking into account market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Branding and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding strategies and marketing campaigns to promote our event management products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve our products and services.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them succeed and grow in their roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of technical concepts and technologies related to event management software and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in event management, with a minimum of minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and proficiency in Agile tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Knowledge of branding principles, marketing strategies, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Basic technical knowledge and understanding of event management software, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
