Job Description

Job Purpose:

Officer - CA is responsible to provide essential administrative support to corporate affairs department and involves managing communication channels and assisting the implementation of corporate affairs initiative to ensure smooth operation.

Principal Accountabilities

Provide Administrative support to the corporate affairs team including Bill process, advance payments and TA bill etc
Centralized arrangement of renewal of all FSSAI & state license (ABC,CC,IBACO)
Build and maintain relationship with stakeholder in Chennai.
Collaborating with ariba and EPR agencies for bidding.
Interaction with Police officials for any complaint of Chennai.
Monitor Compliance tool management and follow up with all the concerned.
Maintain bills and correspondence files.
Prepare Monthly MIS Report.

Education and Experience

Educational qualifications: People Management, Public Relation in the reputed institute.
Relevant experience : 3 - 5 years

Knowledge:

Strong knowledge state and central law
Strong knowledge MS Office
