As an MS specialist, you are responsible for end-to-end fault management, including incident handling, issue troubleshooting, in-depth technical analysis, root cause analysis, permanent solution and further avoidance mechanisms, leading and governing technical bridges. As part of change management, you are required to plan, execute, lead and govern the changes to be implemented in the network.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Handling customer issues and ensuring that end-customer services are maintained
- Assist the application team in resolving issues with pods like crash loop back, image pullback, and other errors. Assist in implementing best practices for configuring readiness and liveness probes.
- Manage, modify SCC based on customs requirements and assign to specific projects, and perform certificate management when the existing certificates expire and when needed.
- Troubleshoot issues with worker nodes, maintenance, and scale-out tasks
- Performing maintenance activities on the cluster line, performing patching, configuration changes, installing operators, etc.
- Hand-in-hand coordination with the project for network integration activities and will handle the trouble ticket/CR within SLA, and drive the automation of tasks.
- Manage, modify SCC based on customs requirements and assign to specific projects, and perform certificate management when the existing certificates expire and when needed.
- Perform daily health checks of the cluster and fix issues based on observations. Implement and customize dashboards as required to effectively monitor the cluster.
- Prepare, implement, and verify the configuration and integration of a Node / System, and will track issues related to tools and timely escalation as per the pre-defined matrix.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Typically, a minimum of 8–12 years of experience in the telecommunications Cloud domain. Require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- In Depth Hands on different Nokia core Platforms of IMS, SDM - CFX, TAS, MRF, SBC, HSS, UDR
- Experience in working jointly for IMS & SDM (PCSCF, ICSCF, SCSCF, TAS, HSS, MSS, SDL, PGW)
- Proficient on VoLTE, IMS architecture & functional units
- MS Network troubleshooting, tracing on interfaces such as Wireshark or internal system traces and logs
- Good working experience on Linux, all commands expertise and scripting
- IP basics and understanding of concepts and working on IP v4 and V6
It would be nice if you also had:
- Good Knowledge in protocols - SIP, MAP, CAMEL, SOAP and DIAMETER
- Expertise on Network Protocols to find the failure according to traces.
