Job Description

Role Overview: As a Mission/Position Head, your role will involve defining and implementing sales strategy, policies, and guidelines for your assigned organizational unit. You will drive and monitor key market development programs, coordinate with other sales verticals, and enhance customer and business management. Facilitating information sharing with support functions to streamline operations will be crucial in your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Own the team sales target and provide support for achieving the overall Lab Dx target - Serve as the ultimate point of escalation for mission-critical issues within the Core divisional vertical - Oversee the overall Core sales organization, leading all management and staff members - Implement a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy optimizing coverage and enhancing technical and selling competencies - Develop successors for critical roles and implement a sales dashboard for all sales positions - Engage with internal stakeholders such as Business Area heads, Customer Service head, regional managers, Legal, Compliance, and HR departments - Engage with external stakeholders including CXOs of top institutes, hospitals, diagnostics centers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in defining and implementing sales strategies - Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration with stakeholders - Demonstrated success in driving market development programs and achieving sales targets - Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies based on insights (Note: This job description focuses on your responsibilities as a Mission/Position Head in the sales department, outlining key areas of focus and the qualifications required for this role.),
