Good Analytical skills so that he/she can understand the business. Minimum Experience - 6 Yrs, Maximum Experience – 8 Yrs. Mandatory Skills Core Java [1.4 to Java 8] Servlet, JSP Hibernate 2.x, 3.x Struts 1.2 SOAP based Webservice REST full Webservice Basic SQL, PL/SQL JBoss [4.x – 7.x] Familiarity with CMMI process Experience in various Reviews and Best practices Experience in Efforts Estimation, iterative scheduling Team handling and mentoring Desirable Spring Boot JAXB XML and XML Parsers [SAX, DOM] Unix shell scripting Rich Experience of Software Engineering Process Rich Experience in Design & J2EE Design Patterns Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g [Usage of collections, different type of cursors, complex SQL queries, co-related queries, nested queries] Chip manufacturing domain experience Experience of Knowledge acquisition on existing applications from other teams.
