Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality and compelling content for a range of mediums, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, case studies, whitepapers, and marketing collateral.
• Research and understand brand’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject-matter experts, and in-person meetings
• Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords and meta tags to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Track and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the content.
• Collaborate with a team of Digital Marketing and creative staff, from concept development to delivery of final product

Requirements and Skills

• Three or more years of professional copywriting experience, with solid portfolio of work
• Exceptional writing and research skills
• Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline
• Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides
• Experience with content management systems
• Keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of HTML.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective content formats and best practices.
