Copywriter: 2-3 years of experience

1. A strong interest in writing (obviously!) and definitely someone with a thing for Grammar and Oxford comma.

2. Awesome written communication. You know how to get someone’s attention and keep it. Clear thinking, persuasive language, and sharp hooks are your thing.

3. Someone who doesn’t skip the ads and waits till the end to absorb it wholly, analyze it, and conclude with, "What an ad (whether good or bad)!"

4. Someone who keeps chasing all things creative and pours it into their copy and scripts.

5. You love creative storytelling, but know when to dial it back and sell. You write to solve a problem, not to show off.
