About The Opportunity

• Write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused copy for paid ads (search & social), landing pages, email campaigns, web pages, and social posts while maintaining channel-specific best practices.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and account managers to translate briefs and audience insights into compelling creative concepts and messaging frameworks.
• Optimize copy using SEO keywords, A/B test hypotheses, and performance data to increase CTR, conversion rates, and engagement.
• Create and maintain tone-of-voice guidelines and modular copy libraries for repeatable campaign execution.
• Conduct audience and product research to craft differentiated value propositions and benefit-led messaging for target segments.
• Own editorial quality: proof, fact-check, and iterate quickly while incorporating stakeholder feedback under tight deadlines.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 1+ years of professional copywriting experience in an agency, in-house marketing, or startup environment.
• Proven experience writing for digital channels: paid ads, landing pages, emails, and social content.
• Strong command of English with excellent grammar, editing, and headline-writing ability.
• Comfortable working from the office and collaborating with creative and performance teams.
• Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating measurable impact (CTR, conversion lifts, engagement metrics).
