Copywriter

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling, creative, and persuasive ad copies for social media campaigns, Google Ads, display ads, and other digital platforms in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and client goals to tailor ad messaging effectively.
• Write engaging content for landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials to support advertising initiatives.
• Optimize ad copies to improve click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance and refine ad copies based on data insights and feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, consumer behaviors, and marketing techniques to ensure high-performing content.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional copywriting experience with a focus on ad copywriting.
• Proven track record of creating high-performing ad copies in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, language proficiency, and success in ad campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Excellent research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with A/B testing for ad copy optimization.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and their application to ad copy.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Languages Required: Marathi, Hindi, and English (fluency in all three is a must).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
