Senior Copywriter

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and write engaging copy for ads, social media, websites, emails, video scripts, product descriptions, and other brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with design team, film design team, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand alignment.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas to campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
• Edit and refine junior writers’ work, providing constructive feedback and mentorship.
• Work with strategy teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and performance metrics.
• Oversee all content verticals (digital, print, video, internal)
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, while maintaining high creative standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging content formats.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or in-house creative team, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.
• Proven ability to develop big ideas and execute them across multiple platforms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate complex ideas into simple, impactful messaging.
• Experience mentoring junior creatives is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and performance metrics is an advantage.
