GM Modular is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving service issues over calls and emails, and coordinating with electricians to provide timely solutions.

Responsibilities

Answering customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Understanding customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions or assistance.
Logging all customer interactions and service requests accurately in the system.
Coordinating with electricians to schedule service visits and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the provided service.
Providing product information and troubleshooting guidance to customers as needed.
Collaborating with other team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Requirements

Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Good multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM software.
