Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented YouTube Coordinator to manage and grow our

YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of YouTube operations,

SEO, and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

❖ Content Management:

● Develop and upload engaging educational content related to MBA, Law entrance

exams, and other competitive exams.

● Coordinate with educators, graphic designers, and video editors to produce high-

quality videos.

● Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand and educational goals.

❖ Channel Optimization:

● Implement SEO strategies to increase the visibility and search ranking of videos.

● Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for better engagement

and reach.

● Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics using YouTube Analytics and

other tools.

❖ Audience Engagement:

● Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

● Organize live sessions, webinars, and Q&A sessions with subject matter experts.

❖ Collaboration and Coordination:

● Work closely with the digital marketing team to align YouTube strategies with

overall marketing goals.

● Coordinate cross-promotion of content on social media platforms.

❖ Reporting and Analysis:

● Generate regular reports on channel performance, viewer demographics, and

engagement metrics.

● Provide insights and recommendations for improving content and strategies

based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

❖ Education:

(Knowledge of MBA or Law entrance exams & is preferred).

Experience:

● 1-2 years of experience in YouTube channel management or a similar role.

● Experience in growing and managing a YouTube channel is preferred.

Skills:

● Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and video production processes.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

● Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools is a plus.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
