Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and plan academic and events activities, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
Develop and implement effective event management strategies to ensure successful execution of events.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and students to promote academic excellence and student engagement.
Manage event budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve desired outcomes.
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including parents, community members, and external partners.
Analyze event feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or a related field.
Strong understanding of academic and events operations, including curriculum development and instructional design.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with educational technology tools and software applications is an asset.
