Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze Conversion Metrics:

Track and interpret data from Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics, and other reporting tools to measure conversion rates, traffic sources, and listing performance.

  • Optimize Product Listings:

Identify elements impacting conversions (titles, images, A+ content, pricing, reviews, keywords) and provide actionable insights for improvement.

  • Customer Behavior Insights:

Analyze buyer journey and identify drop-off points in the funnel to enhance customer experience.

  • Advertising Performance Review:

Evaluate Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns’ impact on conversion rates; recommend optimizations based on ROI and ACoS trends.

  • A/B Testing:

Design and analyze split tests for images, copy, and pricing to determine the most effective strategies.

  • Competitor Analysis:

Monitor competitors’ listings, pricing, and promotional tactics to identify gaps and opportunities.

  • Reporting & Dashboarding:

Develop regular performance reports and visual dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to management.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and product managers to implement improvements and track results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce data analysis, preferably within Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics, and Helium 10 / Jungle Scout tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Familiarity with Amazon PPC and SEO best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing or analyzing Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Understanding of attribution models and multi-channel analytics.
  • Experience in Python or SQL for data manipulation (a plus, not required).
  • Certification in Amazon Advertising or Data Analytics (Google, HubSpot, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
