Roles and Responsibilities:

. Tracking Operation performance metrics.

. Drive Operational Metrics efficiently in sync with all internal and External stakeholders.

. Continuously Detect process gaps, highlight performance issues, and prioritize problem-solving

opportunities for the operation team.

. ensure promises are made to the customer are met by highlighting escalating exceptions to the accountable

people, and monitoring closure. Handling customer Escalation.

. Proficient in excel

. Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.

. The ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculation and

automation to process large volumes of data.

. Analyze and Interpret the data.

. Generate dashboard, periodic and Ad hoc reports as needed.

Eligibility / Skills required:

. Data Analysis.

. Advanced Excel skills.

. Performance Metrics.

. Problem Solving.

. Hands on google sheets.

. Formula Knowledge.

Important Pointers:

. Contract based job with tenure of 6 months.
