Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Control Tower Executive. The Control Tower Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily cold chain logistics operations, coordinating with various departments and partners to ensure timely delivery and quality control. The role involves monitoring real-time data, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency. Communication and reporting to stakeholders about the status of shipments and compliance with regulatory requirements are essential parts of the job. Qualifications Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or cold chain operations Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Proficiency with logistics software and real-time monitoring tools Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Experience in managing cross-functional teams and partnerships Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field Understanding of regulatory compliance in cold chain logistics is a plus
