Control Automation Development- Analyst

As an Analyst2 (C10) in the Control Automation Development team at Citi, your role will involve simplifying, streamlining, and automating controls to strengthen the ability to prevent issues. You will be working with the Control Automation Team to automate manual controls through data-driven capabilities using industry-standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control, and Technology. Your responsibilities will include identifying cases on control gaps, policy breaches, and providing data evidence for audit completion. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your analytical skills to transform data sets and perform quantitative & qualitative analysis - Formulate analytical methodology and identify inconsistencies to come up with automated techniques to remove manual touch points - Have intermediate to expert knowledge in tools and platforms such as Appian, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Xceptor, Python, Mainframes, and schedulers like Autosys, Workflow Management - Demonstrate domain skills with a good understanding of Banking Products, MCA & Audit Framework, Inherent and Residual Risks, and Finance Regulations - Possess soft skills like good communication, proactive problem-solving approach, attention to details, and being a strong team player Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute or BTech/B. E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Development/Production Support, identifying production failures, and fixing issues involving codes in SAS & SQL environment - Postgraduate in Masters in computers preferred It is nice to have experience in technologies like SAS on Mainframe, Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and knowledge of Finance Regulations and understanding of the Audit Process.
