As a Control Automation Development- Sr. Analyst (C11) in AIM at Citi, your role involves simplifying, streamlining, and automating controls to enhance our ability to prevent issues. You will be part of the Control Testing Automation Team, working with various stakeholders to automate manual testing processes through data-driven capabilities using industry standard tools and techniques. Your responsibilities will include identifying cases of control gaps and policy breaches, and providing data evidence for audit completion. Key Responsibilities: - Automate manual testing processes through data-driven capabilities - Collaborate with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk, and Technology teams - Identify cases of control gaps and policy breaches - Provide data evidence for audit completion Qualifications Required: - Analytical Skills with intermediate knowledge in Data analysis & Data patterns - Proficiency in tools such as Appian, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Xceptor, Python, and Mainframes - Experience with schedulers (Autosys/LSF) and Workflow Automation - Strong expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA - Familiarity with any version control tool, preferably Bitbucket - Knowledge of Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.) and MCA & Inherent Risk - Soft skills including good communication, mentoring, proactive problem solving, and teamwork Basic Qualifications: - Masters degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B. E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications. - 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Development/Production Support, involving codes in SAS & SQL environment This role will require you to have a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
