Your Impact
As a Contracts Supervisor within the Legal Department, you will provide local leadership and administrative oversight for a team of contract professionals. You’ll ensure compliance with company policies, manage workload distribution, and support contract-related processes. Your role will focus on driving operational excellence, mentoring team members, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of contract administration services.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of contract administration team members
- Ensure adherence to Jacobs’ policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Approve timesheets, leave requests, and manage resource allocation
- Monitor workload and performance metrics, providing feedback and guidance
- Act as the local point of contact for administrative and operational matters
- Support process improvements and contribute to global best practices
- Escalate complex contract issues to Legal leadership as needed
Here's what you'll need
- Minimum qualification LLB law degree from a reputable university
- Experience 5–7 years in contract administration or legal support, including supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Advanced understanding of contract structures, compliance frameworks, and risk management principles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively in a hybrid environment
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Advanced contract management certification (e.g., NCMA’s CPCM or equivalent)
- Experience with contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Icertis, SAP Ariba)
- Exposure to large-scale infrastructure or public sector projects
- Familiarity with international contracting standards and governance frameworks

This role requires flexible working hours to support global operations and ensure timely project delivery.
