Contracts Management

Key Skills

Minimum 2 Years of experience in Contract Management.
In-depth knowledge of conveyancing, contracts management, contract drafting, lease abstraction, lease management
Hands-on experience with different Tools like SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, or CLM systems
Graduate in Law (Bachelors in law /Masters in law)

Minimum 2 Years of experience in conveyancing area/real estate contracts is required.
Conveyancing knowledge and experience in handling real estate contracts
Knowledge of contracts management, drafting, lease abstraction, and lease management
In-depth knowledge of conveyancing, contracts management, contract drafting, lease abstraction, and lease management
Ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and colleagues.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks in transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client expectations throughout the contract management process.
Providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Updating daily, monthly reports and trackers
Ability to work independently and ability to multitask

Qualifications:
