We are seeking a highly experienced Manager - Contracts to oversee and manage contract negotiations, execution, and compliance for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the field and a background in civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Negotiation

  : Lead and manage the negotiation of contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

• Contract Compliance

  : Ensure all project activities comply with contractual terms and legal requirements, taking corrective actions as needed.

• Risk Management

  : Identify and mitigate contract-related risks through detailed analysis and effective management strategies.

• Stakeholder Communication

  : Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related communications with internal teams and external partners.

• Documentation and Records Management

  : Maintain accurate and comprehensive contract documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.

• Cost Monitoring

  : Oversee budget adherence and monitor costs associated with contracts to ensure financial efficiency.

• Software Proficiency

Key Requirements

• Experience

  : 10-15 years of experience in contract management within the real estate or construction industry.

• Education
