Qualification: BE / BL (Law) or equivalent legal qualification

Contract & Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage EPC contracts, subcontracts, and agreements 
• Handle client contracts, change orders, claims, and variations 
• Manage government contracts, tenders, and compliance documentation 
• Support project teams on contractual risks, obligations, and dispute resolution 
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders 
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards 
• Assist in contract closure, billing milestones, and commercial reconciliations 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in

  contracts and legal roles

  , preferably in EPC or renewable energy projects 
• BE / BL or relevant legal qualification from a recognized institution 
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, government contracts, and change management 
• Experience in renewable sectors (Solar, Wind, BESS) or infrastructure domains preferred 
• Proficiency in legal drafting, contract interpretation, and negotiation 
• Strong client-handling, communication, and coordination skills 
• Familiarity with applicable legal platforms, compliance frameworks, and statutory requirements
