Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as a Contract Associate in the Global Capability Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial activities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other financial software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
