Job Description

Role Overview: As a Contract Analyst at the company, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing EPCs' contracts to ensure that the company's risks are covered and compliance is maintained. Reporting to the Team Manager of the INOPC Grid Automation Tender Competence Center Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that contracts reflect accurate technical specifications, project deliverables, and align with operational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Review, revise, and manage various contracts such as NDAs, service agreements, and procurement documents. - Collaborate with the Senior Contract Manager to align contract terms with operational goals and identify and assess contractual risks for mitigation. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, internal policies, and guidelines. - Monitor contract performance, identify deviations or potential disputes, and provide summaries on contractual obligations and rights. - Maintain organized records of all contract documents and amendments, track key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, and prepare reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the energy or utilities sector. - Familiarity with grid automation technologies such as SCADA, smart meters, and substation automation, as well as AI technologies. - Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance. - Excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively manage contracts and collaborate with stakeholders.
