Contract Analyst

Role Overview: As a Contract Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for being the center of competency for the Contract Set-Up process. Your role will involve facilitating all contract set-up activities, ensuring validations, uploads, scanning, filling, quality assurance, records retention, and adherence to policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Assure that customer contract documentation requirements are met through the SAP contract entry process, reviewing content and quality for accuracy and completeness within 1 business day of receipt of contract. - Manage all submitted contracts, approvals, and execution while adhering to audit and SOX compliance guidelines. - Adhere to quality assurance processes in the set-up and maintenance of all contracts in SAP. - Resolve process and procedural issues in a timely manner and escalate to Team lead and Management when necessary. - Execute all user management requests within 24 hours, ensuring adherence to Information Management and audit requirements. - Support sales and other business partner inquiries/assignments with same-day turnaround. - Undertake special assignments or projects only with Manager's approval. - Accurately and timely execute all user management requests within 24 hours, tracking and ensuring adherence to auditory requirements. - Upload all customer contracts within 24 hours, tracking and ensuring compliance with departmental processes. - Perform data entry for update requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role. - Experience in contract administration. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Comfortable working in night shifts.
