✅ Proven success leading CI programs across diverse business functions
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills
✅ Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics-based decision-making
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field (Lean/Six Sigma Certification preferred)
