About the Role

Senior AI Engineer

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of

  Copilot-style AI agents

  for enterprise applications.
• Architect

  context-aware systems

  that adapt to user intent, workflows, and domain knowledge.
• Build and optimize

  prompt engineering frameworks, memory systems, and RAG pipelines

  .
• Integrate LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) with structured & unstructured data.
• Ensure

  high scalability, reliability, and security

  of AI solutions in production.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Data Science teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and define AI development best practices.

📌 Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Software Engineering with

  3+ years in AI/ML or LLM-based development

  .
• Proven experience building

  AI agents / virtual assistants / Copilot systems

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  context engineering

  (memory management, personalization, user modeling).
• Hands-on expertise in

  Python / JavaScript

  for AI development.
• Experience with

  LLM APIs

  (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks

  .
• Experience with

  vector databases

  (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise platforms:

  Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Salesforce

  .
• Knowledge of

  prompt tuning, fine-tuning, evaluation of LLMs

  .
• Exposure to

  multimodal AI

  (text, image, voice).
• Open-source contributions or published work in AI/ML.
