Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with a flair for storytelling and an understanding of the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, SEO-friendly, and informative content that enhances our brand presence and connects with our target audience. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop clear, engaging, and original content for websites, blogs, social media, brochures, email campaigns, press releases, and other marketing materials. Research industry-related topics, especially within the real estate and infrastructure domain, to produce accurate and up-to-date content. Write SEO-optimized content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop content strategies aligned with business goals. Edit and proofread content to ensure high editorial standards and consistency with brand guidelines. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, content writing, and the real estate industry. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field. 6 months to 1 year of proven experience as a content writer, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing tools. Ability to write in a variety of tones and formats, adapting to different audiences. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Good to HaveExperience with WordPress, Canva, or similar CMS/design tools. Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Yoast).
