Content Writer

Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Writer to manage and amplify our brand presence across social media platforms and print media. The ideal candidate has strong communication strategy skills, excellent writing, and a flair for storytelling.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other multimedia content.

Monitor social media trends and analytics to improve reach and engagement.

Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely, professional manner.

Collaborate with the design team on visual content requirements.

Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, brochures, posters, and other print materials.

Coordinate with local/national print media houses for publications and advertisements.

Ensure brand consistency across all printed and digital communication.

Support internal and external campaigns.

Assist in planning and promoting events and campaigns.

Maintain a content calendar aligned with organizational priorities.

Gather success stories, testimonials, and reports for communication purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any graduate or a related field degree.

4-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or public relations.

Excellent reading and writing skills in English and Marathi.

Familiarity with Canva and related tools.

Basic graphic or video editing skills (added advantage).

Desirable Attributes

Creative thinker with attention to detail.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Passion for social impact and community engagement.
