We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our NIPUN Maharashtra (NM) team. The intern will help design user engagement/training content, analyze data, prepare reports, and support implementation of program frameworks in the NIPUN Maharashtra Mission by SCERT Maharashtra. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in data-driven decision-making and program planning/management in the development/non-profit sector.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist the NM team with data collection, entry, cleaning, and analysis.

- Participate in field visits for observation and teacher training.

- Support implementation of the NIPUN Maharashtra program.

- Maintain organized records of program documents.

- Provide logistical and administrative support as required.

Desired Qualifications

- Bachelor s or Master s degree (completed or in progress) with interest in the social development sector.

- Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS-CIT).

- Interest in primary education and FLN; strong attention to detail.

- Willingness to work hard, step outside comfort zones, and incorporate feedback.

- Commitment to ethical data handling and confidentiality.
