Job Description

Content Marketing Associate

Experience: 1–2 years

Location: Bangalore

We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented content marketer who is excited to shape narratives at the intersection of clean energy and mobility.

Who You Are:

You have 1–2 years of experience in content creation across digital platforms.
You’re equally comfortable writing sharp LinkedIn captions and long-form whitepapers.
You’re curious about (or have experience in) the EV, energy, or climate-tech sectors—bonus points if you’ve written in these spaces before.

Responsibilities

Content Calendar & Social Media:
Plan and manage a monthly content calendar for platforms like LinkedIn. Write crisp, engaging captions and collaborate with designers on infographic and reel content.
Marketing Collateral:
Craft short-form copy for flyers, brochures, and outdoor collaterals.
SEO-Optimized Writing:
Write and edit content for the website and blog using SEO best practices to boost visibility and engagement.
Thought Leadership:
Support the creation and editing of long-form content like whitepapers, case studies, and industry reports.

What We’re Looking For

A strong grasp of both short-form and long-form writing for different formats and audiences
Comfort with scripting for video content (reels, explainers)
An eye for storytelling through infographics and digital assets
Working knowledge of on-page SEO principles
Experience or strong interest in the EV, clean energy, or sustainability sectors
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including design, growth, and partnerships

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent practical experience
Strong writing portfolio demonstrating versatility across formats
Experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment is a plus
