Job Title: Content Writer & Social Media Coordinator Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Company: Hawk Developers Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer & Social Media Coordinator to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating compelling written content for project brochures, websites, ad campaigns, and social media. She will also manage online inquiries, draft engaging scripts for video content, and coordinate lead assignments to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Write engaging and persuasive content for project brochures, websites, landing pages, and marketing materials. Develop ad copies for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns. Create Instagram captions, posts, and stories that align with brand tone and target audience. Draft scripts for face-to-camera reels, YouTube shorts, and promotional videos. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms. Social Media & Lead Coordination: Monitor comments, DMs, and inquiries received through social media platforms. Respond professionally to customer queries and collect lead details. Assign verified leads to the sales team and maintain lead tracking records. Coordinate with the marketing and design team to ensure timely posting and campaign execution. Research & Strategy: Conduct market research on real estate trends, buyer preferences, and competitor campaigns. Suggest creative campaign ideas, hashtags, and content strategies to improve reach and engagement. Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in content writing or social media management (real estate experience preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Telugu or Urdu is a plus). Ability to write engaging, concise, and persuasive marketing content. Familiarity with social media tools (Instagram, Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business, etc.) Basic understanding of lead management and CRM tools.
