Job Title: Junior Content Writer & Social Media Executive
Reports To: Marketing/Content Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Content Writer & Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging written content, managing social media platforms, and supporting overall brand communication. This role is perfect for someone who has strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, engaging, and creative content for blogs, articles, social media posts, newsletters, website pages, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in developing content strategies aligned with business goals and brand voice.
• Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) with regular and interactive posts.
• Create captions, hashtags, and short-form content that drive engagement and audience growth.
• Coordinate with the design team for graphics, creatives, and visuals to complement written content.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to recommend improvements.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and contests.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement, followers).
• Support the team in brainstorming and developing innovative content ideas.

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 year of experience in content writing or social media management (freshers with strong writing skills can apply).
• Excellent command over written English with strong grammar and vocabulary.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO basics, Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
