Key Responsibilities

· Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, blogs, infographics, etc.) for social media, website, and other digital channels.

· Develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas that resonate with the target audience.

· Manage and grow company presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.

· Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content supports campaigns and brand objectives.

· Optimize content for SEO, hashtags, keywords, and engagement.

· Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and viral content strategies.

· Maintain a consistent brand tone, style, and messaging.

Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).

· Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role.

· Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

· Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).

· Video shooting & editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects).

· Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and analytics tools.

· Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
