Content Team Lead

You will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining relationships while addressing any concerns that may arise. Your role will involve conducting research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring that content remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with client objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as design and video editors, will be necessary to deliver content on time and to a high standard. Analyzing and reporting on content performance will be a key part of your responsibilities, enabling you to make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will be expected to create presentations and proposals for new business opportunities and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
