About the Role We are looking for a Content Strategist who lives and breathes Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and short-form virality Someone who can ideate break-the-internet ideas for beauty products, work with editors and cinematographers to bring them to life, and ensure each video is optimized for both engagement and conversions, ???? Key Responsibilities Develop creative viral video concepts for SeoulSkin, MakeMeeBold, and UrbanYog, Script, storyboard, and guide shoots with cinematographers & editors, Re-purpose and optimize influencer UGC into high-performing brand assets, Work closely with the branding team to align tone, style, and narrative, Stay on top of beauty trends, viral formats, and social-first storytelling, Create high-conversion ads for Meta Ads (FB/Instagram) and other paid channels, Build a content calendar to consistently push out viral-worthy ideas, ??
