Job Description

Responsbilites

Create Content Strategy for the Consumer Business Group, comprising Retail, Travel Transportation Hospitality and Logistics, and Consumer Products verticals.
Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for various marketing channels, including whitepaper, point of views, blogs, websites/webpages, social media, video scripts and email campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create content aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
Research and stay updated on IT industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to generate relevant content ideas.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all content assets.
Analyze content performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and lead generation.

Required Skills

Strong experience in content writing, editing and storytelling for IT services, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
Proficiency in writing blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and social media copy tailored for B2B and enterprise audiences.
Understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
Ability to simplify complex IT and business concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
Ability to strategize and develop a content plan for the group.
Experience with Media/ Publicaions House will be a huge advantage
