As a Content Specialist Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to the content specialists" team, enabling them to focus on high-level strategic work. Your detail-oriented and organizational skills will be crucial in handling routine tasks, coordinating team initiatives, creating training plans, and responding to inquiries in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the content specialists team, handling routine tasks and inquiries - Create and maintain training plans based on established templates and guidelines - Monitor and respond to inquiries in internal communication platforms, escalating complex issues - Assist with content recommendations for client needs using existing documentation - Support client onboarding processes and maintenance of internal documentation and drives - Perform basic market research and compile information on regional industry content trends - Coordinate scheduling for client-facing meetings and handle routine customer service inquiries - Support quality assurance processes by performing initial content reviews and flagging potential issues - Assist with translation coordination and content localization administrative tasks Qualifications Required: - Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or related field - 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency with collaboration tools, project coordination, and MS Office Suite - Familiarity with compliance training concepts (preferred but not required) - Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills - Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to new challenges - Customer service orientation, basic analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills - Professional communication skills Please submit your resume in English.
