Content Specialist

As a Content Manager specializing in Information Security, your role involves collaborating with Information Security subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop training content tailored for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and security programs. You will create a variety of content formats including interactive eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments to effectively communicate complex security concepts. Utilizing tools like Adobe Creative Suite and eLearning authoring tools, you will design visually compelling and accessible content. Your responsibility also includes structuring content within LMS and other platforms to ensure a seamless and user-friendly learning experience. Working closely with project teams, you will ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of training materials. It is essential for you to evaluate the effectiveness of training content and make data-driven improvements. You will be required to ensure that the content aligns with organizational standards and frameworks such as ITIL and ISMS. Collaborating with incident response and service request teams to incorporate real-world scenarios into training materials and supporting monthly reporting and representation of the organization's security posture in alignment with group objectives are also part of your key responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Experience in information security or a related field, preferably in a global or enterprise environment. - Content management experience with knowledge in creating content in multiple channels including SharePoint, Confluence, Learning module, and policies. - Ability to transform complex information into easily digestible content for different target audiences.
