About the Role:

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager who can create, manage, and optimize content strategies that drive engagement, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our brand presence.
The ideal candidate should have experience in developing impactful digital content across channels and aligning it with business goals—especially in the EdTech or learning space.

This role combines content marketing and social media management — you’ll be responsible for both content strategy and execution across platforms to build awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy across digital platforms (website, blogs, social media, email, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with SEO and Performance Marketing teams to ensure content drives traffic and conversions.
  • Create engaging, conversion-focused content such as blogs, landing pages, case studies, ad copies, video scripts, and newsletters.
  • Plan and manage the content calendar to align with campaigns, launches, and key business goals.
  • Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot, and report actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing leadership to align messaging with lead generation and brand awareness goals.
  • Manage internal and external content creators, designers, and agencies to ensure consistent tone, voice, and visual identity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven experience in SEO-driven content creation and performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, content analytics, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, content automation tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience in EdTech or the education sector will be a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Ability to handle both creative strategy and content execution.
  • Team player with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
