Key Responsibilities Design graphics for social media, website banners, emailers, and digital ads. Edit reels, short-form videos, and brand films for Instagram, Meta Ads, and other platforms. Sales & Performance Management Monitor daily/weekly sales, revenue, margins, and returns. Track KPIs: AOV, conversion rates, CPC, CTR, ROAS, Sell-through rate, and customer reviews. Implement strategies to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. 5. Advertising & Growth Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads, Flipkart Ads). Manage ad budgets, monitor campaign performance, and optimize for ROI. Drive visibility and ranking for priority SKUs. 6. Operations & Fulfillment Coordinate with logistics partners and in-house operations team to ensure timely fulfillment (FBA/FBM, Flipkart Fulfilled, Myntra’s fulfillment models). Monitor inventory health, ensure adequate stock levels, and minimize out-of-stock situations. Reduce order cancellations, RTOs, and returns. 7. Customer Experience & Reviews Manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations through marketplace dashboards. Proactively monitor reviews and ratings; implement initiatives to drive positive feedback. Work with internal teams to resolve quality/packaging issues. 8. Reporting & Analysis Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, ad performance, returns, and category trends. Analyze performance data and recommend actions to improve traffic, conversion, and profitability. Share insights with leadership to guide strategic decisions.
