Role Overview We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can design stunning visuals, edit engaging videos, and manage creative content for our social media channels. The ideal candidate is both creative and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of design trends, video editing, and social media aesthetics. Key Responsibilities Design graphics for social media, website banners, emailers, and digital ads. Edit reels, short-form videos, and brand films for Instagram, Meta Ads, and other platforms. Collaborate with marketing to conceptualize campaigns, storytelling, and product highlights. Manage end-to-end content creation for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.). Ensure brand consistency across all creatives, maintaining Diving Swan’s minimalist and elegant aesthetic. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and formats to drive engagement. Work with the product & photography team for campaign shoots and product showcasing. Requirements Proven experience (2–4 years) as a graphic designer & video editor, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools. Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and minimalist design. Experience creating short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Understanding of social media content formats and trends. We are expanding our presence on leading online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra, and are looking for a hands-on Marketplaces Lead who can manage these channels end-to-end, driving growth and excellence. Role Overview We are seeking a Marketplace Lead to manage our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. This is an individual contributor role that requires a highly motivated, data-driven, and detail-oriented professional capable of independently handling all aspects of marketplace operations – from catalog setup and content optimization to performance marketing, order fulfillment, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketplace Account Management Own and manage the end-to-end relationship with Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. Ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and adherence to platform policies. Build strong working relationships with category managers and marketplace partners. 2. Catalog & Listings Create, upload, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and high-quality images. Maintain updated product catalogs across platforms, ensuring consistency with Diving Swan brand identity. Optimize content for SEO within each marketplace. 3. Pricing & Promotions Develop competitive pricing strategies while safeguarding brand positioning. Manage discounts, promotions, lightning deals, and special campaigns to maximize visibility and sales. Track competitor pricing and offers to stay ahead. 4. Sales & Performance Management Monitor daily/weekly sales, revenue, margins, and returns. Track KPIs: AOV, conversion rates, CPC, CTR, ROAS, Sell-through rate, and customer reviews. Implement strategies to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. 5. Advertising & Growth Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads, Flipkart Ads). Manage ad budgets, monitor campaign performance, and optimize for ROI. Drive visibility and ranking for priority SKUs. 6. Operations & Fulfillment Coordinate with logistics partners and in-house operations team to ensure timely fulfillment (FBA/FBM, Flipkart Fulfilled, Myntra’s fulfillment models). Monitor inventory health, ensure adequate stock levels, and minimize out-of-stock situations. Reduce order cancellations, RTOs, and returns. 7. Customer Experience & Reviews Manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations through marketplace dashboards. Proactively monitor reviews and ratings; implement initiatives to drive positive feedback. Work with internal teams to resolve quality/packaging issues. 8. Reporting & Analysis Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, ad performance, returns, and category trends. Analyze performance data and recommend actions to improve traffic, conversion, and profitability. Share insights with leadership to guide strategic decisions.
