As we continue to amplify stories of impact, insights from the field, and reflections on social entrepreneurship, we are looking for a curious and thoughtful Content Researcher to join our Founders’ Office.

About the Role

We’re seeking a research-driven storyteller who can support Rang De’s co-founders, Ram and Smita, in shaping meaningful narratives that reflect the organisation’s mission, learnings, and on-the-ground realities. This role blends research, insight-curation, and narrative development—transforming field experiences, community stories, and emerging sector trends into impactful, founder-led content.

The ideal candidate is someone who naturally connects dots between ideas, loves exploring social impact themes, and enjoys crafting content that informs, inspires, and sparks conversations.

What You’ll Do:

• Research deeply

  into themes related to social entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, sustainable livelihoods, circular economy, and development sector innovations.

• Curate insights

  from Rang De’s field updates, internal reports, conversations, and data points to support content ideas.

• Prepare research notes

  , briefs, and structured outlines for articles, reflections, and storytelling pieces authored by the co-founders.

• Track engagement

  and identify emerging themes that resonate with the Rang De community to guide future content directions.

• Simplify complex topics

  into accessible, human, and compelling narratives.

• Support thought leadership

  by summarising research papers, articles, podcasts, and sector insights.

• Collaborate with the communications team

  to ensure cohesiveness in messaging, tone, and brand voice.

• Stay agile

  , responding quickly to new storytelling opportunities, field learnings, or conversations from the Founders’ Office.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong interest in

  social impact, entrepreneurship, sustainable development, or financial inclusion

• Excellent

  written communication skills

  and the ability to convert complex ideas into simple, relatable stories.

• A

  habit of curiosity

  — you read widely, explore beyond the brief, and enjoy connecting ideas across domains.

• Comfort working closely with founders and navigating a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

• Prior experience in

  research, journalism, communications, or content creation

  —preferred but not mandatory.

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
