As a Content Ops Manager at HOTCULT, your role will involve discovering the supply chain across Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada markets, including agencies and independent talent. You will categorize strategic partners based on the requirements of brands aiming to penetrate South Pop culture. Subsequently, you will establish relationships and place work to generate revenue for these partners. It is crucial to consistently align with the sales team regarding the types of partners identified for collaboration. Additionally, you will examine contract formats among various entities to facilitate this process. Both our sales team at Hotcult and the supply market should be prepared with engagement models (Brand - Hotcult - Partners). - Possess a deep understanding of Pop Culture to support the research and discovery of supply chain service providers - Identify service streams based on Planning teams' pop culture meter - Collaborate with Sales to understand service demands - Identify digital entertainment categories driven through Instagram and YouTube followership - Establish media tie-ups Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will also include recognizing major events set to occur in upcoming quarters and classifying them into relevant categories. In terms of revenue-related activities, you will be driving the sales strategy with the head of revenue. You will play a pivotal role in developing an operational cash flow strategy, with assistance from the finance team. Determining the investment quantum upon reaching revenues should be a priority to chart our growth trajectory. When it comes to Creative and Distribution Operations, you will need to project manage functions and stakeholders within the Hotcult ecosystem and projects undertaken with partners. The goal is not to lead in every aspect but to demonstrate greater competence in the areas we position ourselves within.
