Content Operations Coordinator

Role: Associate Content Operations

Duration: Fulltime (permanent)

Location: Kochi, Kerala, India

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret construction project documents (permits, RFPs, spec sheets, zoning approvals, legal filings) and official websites and newsfeeds.
• Extract and validate project details including project scope, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Draft professional, concise emails to stakeholders to clarify or obtain missing project information.
• Conduct structured outbound calls to contractors, architects, and owners to confirm or collect missing data.
• Input validated project details into internal systems following naming conventions and SOPs.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates; correct or escalate as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Commerce, Communications, or related fields).
• Strong reading comprehension across project documents and online sources.
• Proficiency in business email writing.
• Clear spoken English with a globally understandable accent.
• Confidence and professionalism in structured outbound calls.
• Strong online research and verification skills.
• Accuracy in data entry and cleanup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior BPO or voice-process experience.
• Exposure to construction industry data or project lifecycles.
• Familiarity with CRM/data entry systems.
