Role Overview

Assistant Manager

This is a hands-on role requiring multitasking, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Creative Support

• Edit videos for Reels/Shorts/YouTube using

  VN / CapCut / Premiere Pro / Canva

• Assist in shooting videos (basic videography)

  with phone or camera
• Create visually appealing

  designs using Canva

• Innovate with AI tools

  (training provided)

Social Media Execution

• Schedule & post content on

  Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn

• Write captions, basic hooks, and coordinate content calendar

Operations & Client Support

• Manage

  customer relationships

  via WhatsApp, Email, and calls
• Set up

  meetings, Zoom calls, and client interactions

• Maintain CRM data & follow-ups

• Assist in project tracking and reporting

Skills Required

• Knowledge of

  video editing tools (VN/CapCut/Premiere/Canva)

• Understanding of social media trends

• Basic communication & client interaction skills

• Must be organized, punctual, and willing to learn

• Ability to work under deadlines and multitask efficiently

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Preferred)

• Basic understanding of digital marketing/ads
• Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
• Camera handling or photography skills
