About Brand Markitors Brand Markitors is a fast-growing performance-driven digital marketing agency led by influencer & marketing expert Sahil Gupta (Market Smart with Sahil) . We help brands grow through content, ads, creative storytelling, and data-driven strategies. We are now expanding our operations and are looking for a driven Assistant Manager to support content & business execution. Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and fast-learning Assistant Manager who can assist the founder with day-to-day operations related to content creation, video editing, social media posting, client management, AI workflows, and meetings coordination . This is a hands-on role requiring multitasking, reliability, and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Content & Creative Support Edit videos for Reels/Shorts/YouTube using VN / CapCut / Premiere Pro / Canva Assist in shooting videos (basic videography) with phone or camera Create visually appealing designs using Canva Innovate with AI tools (training provided) Social Media Execution Schedule & post content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn Write captions, basic hooks, and coordinate content calendar Operations & Client Support Manage customer relationships via WhatsApp, Email, and calls Set up meetings, Zoom calls, and client interactions Maintain CRM data & follow-ups Assist in project tracking and reporting Skills Required Knowledge of video editing tools (VN/CapCut/Premiere/Canva) Understanding of social media trends Basic communication & client interaction skills Must be organized, punctual, and willing to learn Ability to work under deadlines and multitask efficiently Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Preferred) Basic understanding of digital marketing/ads Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) Camera handling or photography skills What We Offer Hands-on training in advanced AI tools, content systems & marketing Opportunity to work directly with Sahil Gupta Fast career growth with performance-based increments A chance to work on real brand projects & influencer marketing Who Should NOT Apply People looking for only remote luxury work without execution People who avoid learning new tools/technology Individuals uncomfortable with multitasking or dynamic work
