Content Operations Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating content between distributors, licensors, and the internal technical team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Serving as the main liaison between content distributors, licensors, and the internal technical team. - Coordinating the receipt, ingestion, and organization of video, audio, subtitle, and metadata files from distributors. - Ensuring that all content is properly formatted and meets airline and in-flight entertainment system (IFE) requirements. - Tracking and managing the flow of all assets from acquisition through to delivery. You will also be involved in technical support and workflow management, where you will: - Work closely with the technical team to ensure correct formatting and integration of media assets, subtitles, and metadata into IFE systems. - Assist in troubleshooting any content issues such as formatting errors, missing data, or compatibility problems. - Monitoring content workflow and managing project timelines to meet all deadlines. Additionally, your role will involve data and metadata management, where you will: - Oversee the organization and quality control of metadata for all content to ensure accuracy and consistency with airline requirements. - Manage the subtitle delivery process, ensuring correctness and proper integration with media files. - Ensure compliance with airline specifications regarding content classification, rating, and region-specific requirements. You will also be responsible for quality control (QC), including: - Conducting quality assurance checks on all content to ensure technical specifications are met. - Collaborating with the technical team to resolve any content quality issues during the QC process. Your role will also require collaboration and communication skills to: - Facilitate communication between content distributors and the technical team for smooth delivery and integration of content. - Communicate any delays, issues, or changes in content delivery to all stakeholders, providing updates and problem-solving solutions.,
