Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with customer journeys, business objectives, and marketing goals. Conduct market research to identify content gaps and opportunities. Create editorial calendars to ensure a consistent content pipeline. Content Creation & Quality Control: Write and edit persuasive, engaging copy for websites, marketing materials, social media, and more. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, voice, and tone. Review and approve content assets for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Program Management: Oversee end-to-end project management of content initiatives, from planning to delivery. Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketers to meet project deadlines and milestones. Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, gathering requirements and feedback to refine deliverables. Performance Analysis: Track content performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies. Continuously optimize content based on insights and feedback. Requirements: 7-8 years of experience in content management, copywriting, and project management. A proven track record of successfully managing content projects and producing high-quality deliverables. Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail. Strong leadership and cross-functional team collaboration skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with content performance analytics and tools. Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., technology, editorial, or renewable energy] is a plus.
