Responsibilities: Create content for Reels, Carousels, Captions, Campaigns & Decks. Manage content calendars, ensure brand voice, maintain communication with clients and teams, turn briefs into ideas, and stay sharp with trends and hooks.
About the Role At The Reel Store, we believe that good design speaks before words do. We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through bold carousels, sharp posters, engaging stories, pitch decks, and social-first brand content. If you’re passionate about fonts, layout, balance, and making content look damn good - we want you on board. What You’ll Be Doing: Design Instagram carousels, stories, and posters for clients and campaigns Create compelling pitch decks and brand presentation materials Develop branded templates, visual identities, and digital assets Collaborate with content writers and strategists to bring ideas to life visually Maintain consistency in style, colors, and visual tone across all creatives Work on multiple design projects with quick turnarounds and creative freedom What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience designing for brands, social media, or agencies Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (Figma is a plus) Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand design A clean, modern design style with a good eye for detail Able to take feedback and turn it into stronger design Portfolio that shows a mix of carousels, posters, and digital design (not just logo work)
