Role Overview

Content Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Restaurant Onboarding:

  Create and publish new restaurant listings on the platform with accurate information, images, and offers.

• Listing Management:

  Regularly audit and update restaurant profiles to maintain accuracy and consistency in menus, offers, timings, and other details.

• Data Management:

  Upload, maintain, and organize restaurant data efficiently across internal systems.

• Quality Control:

  Ensure all content follows EazyDiner’s guidelines for accuracy, tone, and brand standards.

• Market Research:

  Monitor competitor platforms for new restaurant launches and updates.

• Sales Support:

  Create a priority onboarding list for the sales team based on competitor tracking and market trends.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with design, tech, and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
• A proactive approach with interest in the food and hospitality industry.
